Monday night was slow. Tuesday was a repeat. I don't know what happened late for the sport boats, but we had to go back early since Ken has a plane to catch in the AM.

We went up and down, on and just outside, the drop off, back and forth and managed to hook 8, but two came off, so we ended up with 6 for the night. We had a "rookie" along and he caught 4 on one of these long, multi-jigged squid jigs with the heavy weight on the bottom. Ken got two, lost one. "Rock Cod" Rick hooked one and lost it. I never got bit.

We had to turn around at 9:45. By then the wind had ceased and it was a glassy sea for the ride back. We heard that the "HEATHER LYNN II" got 9 and he must have been high boat for the small fleet.

From what we heard the sport boats were doing very little, but we don't know what happened late.
